The new Playstation VR is a virtual reality headset that is currently under development by Sony. Some games have already been developed to be played with the Playstation VR and currently, it is just a few games from being launched by Sony. Although this might be sometime in 2016.
A lot of Playstation fans were very enthusiastic as they expressed their
feelings towards the new virtual reality headset by Sony. Nathan Ingraham of Engadget had the opportunity to talk to some of these fans and the responses he got were rather interesting, and in some sense, expected. It is a very cool VR headset after all.

“I’m absolutely going to buy one,” said Shaun, who attended The Playstation Experience Event. “The potential has totally sold me on it.”“I’m ready for that feeling of being totally immersed in the world,” said another attendee, Nick. “Reality isn’t the right word for it, but making believable experiences in VR is something I’m really excited for.”
Of course it make sense that not exactly everyone is completely excited about the new Playstation VR. Since this will be their first VR headset, it is understandable that some people are also skeptical about the whole thing.
“I don’t see myself playing through [games like] Batmanor Uncharted in VR,” said P.J.

Part of the reason might be due to the fact that the games presented didn’t seem interesting to some of the gamers out there. The games are currently referred to as ‘tech demos’, which is an interesting choice of words but also makes sense based on the demos presented so far. It will be interesting to see whether the real games will provide the sense of adventure that the gamers are expecting.
